These guys are brilliant. Support was instant, they went well above and beyond the call with helping me migrate. They helped me work out exactly what I needed in terms of size and bandwidth then tailored a plan specifically for me – so much cheaper and better than the one I was on with the last host.
Our site has been running like clockwork since we migrated and they still respond instantly to pleas for help (which had nothing to do with hosting problems, I needed to set up a subdomain to test new functions and had no idea how to get it all happening properly. Drew was so patient and helped me work through all the set up until it was working perfectly).
Cannot recommend them highly enough.
It’s already 3-months since I signed up with Localnode reseller plan and I think its time for me to give my initial appreciation to this company. Since day 1 Drew is very accommodating with all my questions and most importantly they listen and do something with my request. At first, I’m a bit hesitant to sign up after I checking their uptime history but Drew explained to me what happened then.
Pricing is a bit high if you will compare it with other budget hosting but hey, I got a 50% off when I subscribed. Nevertheless, if you will think about it, the regular price is fair enough for a premium service.
Uptime is outstanding as I have no problem since I signed up and I hope this will continue. My websites load fast without hassle and my 3rd party monitoring maintain 100% uptime record ever since.
Customer support is superb, I guess the most delayed response that I ever experienced was 4-hours and I think that was a general inquiry ticket. I haven’t emailed Localnode for any server misconfiguration, slow down or inaccessibility as my websites remains up and running fast since I get their service.
To the rest of the Localnode team, thank you for your wonderful service and I hope that this experience will continue. I will make another review on my 6-month. Thank you and more power.
