Perfect hosting with perfect price. I’ve only ever used their customer support online and if not instant, it’s always responded within more then acceptable delays.

I’ve been reselling sites on DowntownHost for a couple years and they’ve been amazing. Support calls are always answered within 10-15 minutes and they see issues to resolution. The servers are fast and reliable with very little downtime. They did a hardware upgrade earlier this year and again, the downtime was almost nothing. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for great quality shared hosting at dirt-cheap prices.
